FORMAL NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION AND BUSINESS CLOSURE

With regret, On June 8, 2009 Wanted Weeks, LLC has ceased operation and is preparing for bankruptcy protection pursuant to Chapter 7.

There are several reasons for the Company’s decision, including:

--Many timeshares, which were transferred to our company from other entities, had financial issues including, but not limited to, overdue maintenance fees, real estate taxes, and special assessment fees.  Even though many deeds had been properly executed and recorded the Resort(s) involved with those timeshares transfers required all of these fees and charges to be current before they would allow a transfer to take place.  In the beginning, Wanted Weeks, LLC paid the money owed to the resort to facilitate the transfer for hundreds of cases, including higher than advertised transfer fees.  Once the economy took a turn for the worse, this along with other factors proved to cripple our efforts to sustain and grow as a company.

--In the months of April-July, which marked the beginning of our presence on eBay, we agreed to transfer many units for free in order to gain confidence and trust in our buyer’s.  This in theory seemed destined to work, yet it proved rather difficult to collect money from customers once their transfers were successfully completed.  There were a handful of customers included within this group contributing to an estimated total of over $50,000.00 in uncollected fees.  The following months, the economic downturn coupled with the dwindling of consumer confidence devastated the timeshare industry and nailed the coffin shut, so to speak.

--In addition, we witnessed many of our customer’s disputing payments made for these Timeshares even though their units were already transferred.  Some clients were gracious enough to pay for these units but most of them were not.

I tell you these reasons because many of you deserve more than just a one-liner and or apology.  We embarked on this journey hoping to provide a service and product for years to come, employing thousands and calling on thousands more to be our customers. If I would have known all these events would take place in a weakening economy I may have thought twice about starting this company.
