| What do you mean by week? |
| The timeshare owner is given a certain amount of usage time from the resort upon purchase. Resorts vary and have thier own schedule of weeks that normally start the first week of January (week 1) ending with the last week in December (week 52). |

| What are the different type of weeks? |
| Certain resorts and timeshare properties have different ways of designating thier usage weeks. There exists FIXED, FLOATING, POINTS, QUARTERSHARES. |

| What is a "FIXED" week? |
| Referencing the Interval calender, a fixed week guarantees that the timeshare owner will always have the same week every year. For example, week 5 (that will stay true every year). |

| What is a "FLOATING" week? |
| A floating week is a time period designated by a season and your week period is not fixed. Owners have the option of using another week within thier time divsion or season and may elect to upgrade or downgrade to another time division. |

| What do you mean by "POINTS"? |
| These are programs offered to owners by resorts which allow the owner the choice of when and where to vacation and for how long. |

| What is a "QUARTERSHARE"? |
| A Quarter share is 3-month ownership with a rotating schedule. |

| When looking through properties, I notice "RCI" and "II", what does that mean? |
| RCI (Resort Condominum International) and II (Interval International) are exchange programs used by Resorts. This allows for owners to exchange vacation weeks at a participating resort. |

| What is a "maintenance fee"? |
| Fees that are put in place and established by the H.O.A. of the Resort to maintain the property and pay for insurance, utilities, and repairs. The maintenace fees vary by resort and depend on the size and unit type. |

| What if a maintenace fee is not listed, does that mean I am not responsible? |

| What do you mean by "annual" |
| This simply means the usage of the timeshare is every year. |
|
| What do you mean when you say "biennial"? |
| This means that the usage for the timeshare is every-other year. |
|
| What does "even" and "odd" years mean in reference to usage? |
| These are biennial years, used every-other year. Even years are used in years ending in an even number (2002, 2004, etc.) and odd years end in odd numbers (2001,2003, etc.). |

| If I don't see a week number listed on the property i am looking at, what does this mean? |

| Are there any hidden fees or closing costs in addition to the price listed? |
| Yes, for properties being bought there exists a $395 closing cost to cover the transfer fee of the unit by Resort Transfer Services, INC. |
